'Alice McCall needs no introduction. The Australian fashion designer has been sweeping the world of its feet ever since she mesmerised London back in 2006. Her spring/summer 2013/14 collection was an oceanic escape. The models walked down the runway in ultramarine motifs with emphasised sky blue lashes batting at the audience. It was an army of chic mermaids that presented the collection, which resulted in a soft whimsical air. Alice McCall herself explains in our interview that the collection, Les Galleries de Poison, evolved from the idea that beautiful objects can be poisonous, and she goes on to add that this collection has refined the fashion label on a new level.
